Who we are

The Fabulous Crew is a collective of original artists, a creative hub from Hair & Make-Up to Nails, Fashion, Modelling, Photography and much more. We work with & champion creators & campaigns from all creative realms. In 2021 we built The Fabulous Crew Hair Salon in Canary Wharf to give people life through their appearance and we have big aspirations to expand into several venues for other artistic ventures.

The Fabulous Crew Founder

A creative mind not just in the realm of hairdressing. Yvette has over 15 years of experience specialising in bridal looks, styling celebrities & models for campaigns, a master of every hair type. In demand for her bold colour work, balayage for the graduated natural look and also for seamless extension installation.

She has headed up campaigns for the likes of Nike, Love Island as well as being one of very few to be carefully selected for the hair styling at the Royal Wedding. Yvette has styled the likes of Meghan Markle, Felicity Hayward, Sharon Maguire and several Middle-Eastern Princesses to name a few. “I’m always looking for the next challenge, I love to create so when people come to me with grand ideas, especially for photoshoots and music videos, I get to do what I do best, I get to explore with fun people! I want people walking away in awe feeling empowered.” Yvette is also the Licensed ambassador for Brazilian Blowout Treatment in the U.K.

“Often, I’m hired for big weddings, workshops & campaigns through other artists & producers to work on Indian, Pakistani and Black hair types and there’s usually a look of concern, which I’d like to point out is a common misconception. Once I’m done with my creation, Brides, their mothers, models, creative directors and others can’t thank me enough. I’m honestly just happy they trusted me to work my magic and that they feel extravagant.”

How we came to be?

We were created in the “Blip!” Yes, we’re a Lockdown baby! All non-essential work had halted and for inspired grafters like ourselves, creating during this period became a necessity for sanity. It’s said that ‘with Chaos also comes Opportunity’ so we put our heads together and formed this collective of freelancers, artists and talented individuals. We shifted our focus to creating beautiful hair, make-up and nail campaigns for brands, influencers and for ourselves.

To give others life! Which in turn gives up life. We promise all our clients incredible service & a high level of execution, hospitality & passion go a long. We’re building a network of cool, fun and thoughtful people; we believe in lasting connections and it’s evident from the way everyone flocks back (have a look at what our clients have to say) and the rate at which we’re growing.
