Before you book

We provide a complimentary consultation service. Feel free to schedule one and discuss it with your stylist ahead of your booking. All technical service bookings will require a consultation (virtual or in-store).

Please make appointments in line with your hair length against our chart below. We may need to charge extra if your hair exceeds the described length, coarseness or thickness of the booking as it requires more time and product. Please feel free to contact us if you’re unsure.

For most bookings, we don’t require a deposit. However, for those big jobs, for all technical services, we simply ask for 50% upfront to secure the booking. Once booked, we will confirm & take a deposit over the phone or in-store at your consultation. For ‘Express Mobile Services’ the full amount is required to secure the booking.

If you’ve never dyed you’re hair or it’s been longer than 6 years we will need to conduct a Patch Test for certain colour services.

Any bookings for anyone under the age of 16 will require a legal guardian present.

In-Store we accept cash, all major credit/debit cards and The Fabulous Crew Gift cards.

Should life get in the way, we encourage you to please contact us via phone or email (not voicemail) 48h prior to the time of your booking so that we can make arrangements for other clients in your place. We charge for late changes & cancellations accordingly:

All Technical Services
Before 48h - No charge.
Past 48h - 50% charge.

Express Mobile Services
Before 72h – No charge.
Past 72h – 50% charge.
Past 24h – 100% charge.

We’re pretty understanding but as you can imagine a lack of communication impacts our business hence why we have a strict policy against not communicating, lateness and no-shows. If you fail to contact us may charge you for our stylist’s time in the amount stated above and a new deposit will be needed to make a new booking.

 Charges:
5 miles from the salon address – No additional charge
5+ miles from the salon address – £20 charge
8+ miles from the salon address – £1 per additional mile.

There’s such a thing as fashionably late however that’s only for places you look to make an entrance! We run a super tight ship, if anything please come 10 minutes earlier, get settled in with a complimentary brew and we’ll be with you.
