Currently, The Fabulous Crew offers shipping exclusively within the U.K.

The delivery fee is based on the calculation  of the Royal Mail price list

Orders submitted by 1 pm are scheduled for next business day delivery through Royal Mail, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please be aware that adverse weather may cause delivery delays. This delivery schedule repeats for clarification and emphasizes potential delays due to weather conditions.

Delivery don’t requires signature.

Should external events beyond our control delay the delivery of your order, we will inform you promptly and make efforts to reduce the impact of such delays. While we strive to mitigate these delays, we are not liable for any hold-ups caused by such events. If the delay might be significant, you have the option to terminate the contract and get a refund for items paid for but not received.

If delivery attempts to your provided address fail and the parcel cannot be left in a secure location, we will leave a note detailing how to arrange a redelivery or where to collect your package from a local depot.

Ownership of the products transfers to you when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.

The Fabulous Crew insures each item during transit up until it is delivered to the specified address, at which point the responsibility for the purchased items transfers to you. If the delivery is intended for someone else at a different address, their signature (or a signature at that address) signifies delivery and completion by The Fabulous Crew, and responsibility shifts to you in the same manner. From the moment of delivery, the items are under your care.

Please be aware that our goal is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. While delivery times listed on our site are estimated and should serve as a general guide starting from the dispatch date, we ensure that deliveries are made within 30 days from the date your order is accepted. The Fabulous Crew Ltd cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays.

Returns and Exchanges

UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013 CANCELLATION PROCESS

If you reside in the EU, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs) grant you the privilege to cancel your purchase with us, provided you notify us in writing.

Cancellation Rights under the ICACRs You are entitled to cancel your purchase at any point within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason for doing so.

This 14-day cancellation window begins the day after you, or a nominated individual other than the carrier, take possession of the last item delivered.

To enact your cancellation rights, you must send us a cancellation notice either through a letter to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, The Fabulous Crew Ltd, Unit 36, Skyline Village, E14 9TS, UK, London, or via email at info@thefabulouscrew.uk.

For purchases cancelled under the ICACRs, you will be refunded in full, including any shipping costs you have incurred. However, we may reduce your refund to cover any decrease in the value of the goods that is a result of handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the goods’ nature, characteristics, and function.

Refunds will be issued promptly, no later than:

  • 14 days following the day we receive the returned goods from you;
  • or, if earlier, 14 days from when you provide proof that you have returned the goods;
  • or if no goods were provided, 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.

Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have specifically agreed to a different method. This refund process will incur no fees on your part.

Should you cancel your order after goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied proof of sending the goods back, whichever is sooner. If the goods are not returned, we may arrange for their collection at your expense.

You must return the goods to: The Fabulous Crew, Unit 36, Skyline Village, E14 9TS, UK, London, promptly and no later than 14 days after informing us of your contract cancellation. The return timeframe is considered met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period concludes.

The cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functionality.

It is important to note that the right to cancel your order under the ICACRs is valid only if you provide us with formal written notification of your intention to cancel, either by email or post, at any time from placing your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order, as specified above.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES USING OUR FREE COLLECTION SERVICE

Instead of exercising your rights through the ICACRs, you might opt to utilize our returns and exchanges collection service for sending back or swapping items. You’re required to initiate your return or exchange and ship the items you don’t want back to us within a 28-day period to receive a refund for the item’s value or to exchange it for the same product in a different size, subject to what’s in stock. For those looking to replace their item with a different product, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and then making a new purchase.
